I HAVE CHOSEN TO SELL PARKER PENS AND WATERMAN PENS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES AND THEY HAVE GOOD WARRANTIES TO BACK UP THEIR CLAIMS OF EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP AND RELIABILITY. WE HAVE INCLUDED WARRANTY PROCEEDURES ON THIS PAGE FOR THOSE RARE OCCURANCES WHERE THERE MAY BE A DEFECT DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING OR HANDLING PROCESS FROM THE SUPPLIER.
THE POSTAGE SERVICE WE HAVE CHOSEN IS ALSO A COST EFFECTIVE QUALITY SERVICE AND THEREFORE TRANSIT DAMAGE IS UNLIKELY BUT I HAVE INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS PAGE IF THERE IS DAMAGE.

RETURNS

The manufacturers will not accept returns of writing pens except when there is a genuine fault and still under warranty and then only on the condition that they repair or replace the same model pen to the customer. Please choose carefully and be sure to click on the image above "click to enlarge image" on the product page of the pen you are considering.

We have a 10 day cooling off period and will refund if the pen is returned unused and as new condition in it's original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Under these circumstances the cost of returning the product is to be paid by the customer and we suggest that you send by registered mail with protective packaging as proof of return to us. We are not responsible for lost in post or damaged in post returns to us.  Of course if we have delivered the wrong product as per your order, please notify us immediately and keep the box and pen clean and unused and we will arrange to rectify our error. Under these circumstances returns are to be sent to Davlyn E-Mart at the address on our contact us page.
If you receive your pen that has been obviously damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and keep all of the postal packaging as evidence and I will investigate and advise you of the next step. 

Parker have a 2 year warranty and Waterman have a 3 year warranty. If your fine writing instrument is faulty then you can contact the Sanford FWI Repair Centre, telephone 1800 640 426 and they will determine if the damage is covered under their warranty. You will need a dated proof of purchase.

REPAIRS

Beyond Sanford's basic $7.70 shipping and handling fee, repair costs depend on the nature of the damage, along with wear and tear. When fine writing instruments are no longer covered by Sanford's guarantee, they will gain your approval before commencing any work. Fine writing instruments  that contain foreign parts, non-genuine refills or are obviously "vintage" (spares no longer available), will be subject to normal parts and labour charges.

SANFORD 28 DAY NIB EXCHANGE

Customers who are unhappy with their fountain pen nib and it is in excellent condition and clean can exchange it within 28 days of purchase at the Sanford repair centre as per details above.
