Shipping Rates and Policies

The weights I have quoted on the products are an approximate weight of the pen, the case it is in and the Australia post BC box it will be delivered in. This is for postage purposes only and is only an estimate of the total weight. For orders under $100 and weighing under 500g we use Australia Post BC mailing box and Express Post Satchel. Cost is $8.60
For orders $100-$500 and weighing under 500g we use Australia Post BC box and Express Post Platinum. Cost is $13.50
These prices cover orders of for example one or two pens or one pen and bottle of ink. If you require more than two pens please contact us ( preferrably by email) and we will give you a postage quote promptly. If your order is for more than $500.00 please contact us for a postage quote.

Most orders will be ordered from the factory so please allow 5 to 7 working days. We will always try to improve on this. For example if we have the item stocked then we can deliver to you much quicker if the delivery address is within the Express Post "Australia-wide network of capital cities ( except Darwin) and selected other centres. The issues that can cause delay are if the delivery address is outside of the above mentioned areas, ( Express Post will always do their best to deliver as quickly as possible no matter how remote the area). Other issues that may delay may be if a fountain pen order requires factory fiiting of a choice of nib. We will advise you if there is going to be any delay.

If your product arrives obviously damaged in transit, (a very rare occurance), please keep all packaging as evidence and advise us immediately. If your pen is faulty please contact:-

You will need proof of purchase which can be a receipt, warranty leaflet stamped and dated, copy of credit card or bank statement.
