Parker have a 2 year warranty period and Waterman have a 3 year warranty period. Please refer to our Terms & Policies page for more details.
Can I Return my pen if I don't like it?
Sorry but no. The manufacturer will not accept it back except for genuine warranty reasons and I will not be able to sell it to anyone else as a new pen. Please choose carefully and when you have choosen a pen and you are on that product page, make sure you click on the image above "Click to enlarge image(s)" to get the best possible picture of what the pen is like. Also many pens are not engravable so I have included that on my product notes for each pen where applicable.
Can I get a different sized nib for my fountain pen?
If you are unsatisfied with your fountain pen nib and it is in excellent condition and clean, within 28 days of purchase you may exchange it for one of the same value free of charge by contacting the Sanford FWI Repair Centre toll free- 1800 640 426
What is the charge to repair my pen?
Beyond a basic $7.70 shipping & handling fee, repair costs depend on the nature of the damage, along with wear and tear. When fine writing instruments are no longer covered by Sanford's guarantee, they will gain your approval before commencing any work. Fine writing instruments that contain foreign parts, non-genuine refills or are obviously "vintage" (spares no longer available), will be subject to normal labour charges. ANY NON-GENUINE REFILL OR PART USED WITH YOUR PEN WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID YOUR WARRANTY. ONLY PARKER PARTS MUST BE USED WITH PARKER PENS AND ONLY WATERMAN PARTS FOR WATERMAN PENS.
